The mandarin orange is the fruit of the mandarin, tree of the Rutaceae family, with similar characteristics of the orange, even though it is smaller and more delicate. Its cortex is hard and orange, and the pulp is soft without seeds.
At The Natural Hand we commercialize the mandarins of the Lane Late and Navel Powell variety, which by its juiciness and sweetness with the right degree of acidity turns out to be a delicious dessert.
In the traditional Chinese medicine it is considered a raw material of basic needs. Its high content of Vitamin C, citric acid, fiber and carotene allows its use on the ulcers, helping the digestion and improve the intestinal transit.
